BTI Wire Straightening and Cutting Machines M-014 & M-015 is a heavy duty, high performance & premium grade models. Suitable for straightening 5 mm to 15mm diameter of wire.

BTI M-014 & M-015 machines is provided with three set of feed rollers for smooth wire feeding and in straightening section, one high speed heavy duty spinner with six station straightening dies and one set of (five nos.)horizontal straightening rolls. It helps to reduce sharp bend of wire coil to facilitate straightening quality & smooth feeding.

Some applications includes Manufacturing of Fasteners, Steel furniture, “U” bolts, “J” Hooks, Bright Bars , Auto parts, Ribbed / TMT Wires.
